Noun + の + くせに
Meaning:

Examples:

彼はなんでもできるくせに、何もしないなんて、信じられない。
I can’t believe that he did nothing even though he can do anything.
彼はギターを弾けないくせに、弾けるふりをする。
Even though he can’t play the guitar, he pretends that he can.
知っているくせに、なんで教えてくれないの。
Why don’t you tell me even though you know it?
彼女はかわいいくせに、自信がないです。
She is not confident even though she is cute.
彼女は元気なくせに、病気のふりをしている。
Even though she’s fine, she’s pretending to be sick.
子供のくせに、生意気ね。
Even though he is a kid, he is so bossy.

I know that (な)のに means despite but I have trouble seeing the difference between that and くせに
