Usage:
Te Form of Verb + ちょうだい
Negative Form of Verb + でちょうだい
Meaning:
「Te Form of Verb + ちょうだい」means “Please…”. 「Negative Form of Verb + でちょうだい」means “Please don’t…”. Notes: ①「〜てちょうだい」 is often used by women or kids. ②「〜てちょうだい」 is often used to someone who has a close relationship with you. ③In most cases,「〜てちょうだい」 is not used in formal situation. |
Example Sentences:
