Usage:

Te Form of Verb + ばかり

Te Form of Verb + ばかりいる

 

Meaning: 

do something again and again or for a long time (the talker is dissatisfied with it)

 

Examples:

スマホをてばかりいるとわるくなりますよ。

If you always watch your phone, your eyes will get worse.

 

あのチームはけてばかりだ。

That team always lose.

      喋ってばかりいる
      keep talking

      喋る
      speak/talk

      喋るばかり
      喋っているばかり
      be only talking (and do nothing else)
