Lesson 12: 〜のです/んです

Usage: 

①Verb + のです/んです
②i-Adj + のです/んです
③na-Adj + な + のです/んです
④Noun + な + のです/んです


Meaning:

「~のです/んです」 is used to emphasize what the speaker are saying.

Example Sentences:

みみいたのです
My ears hurt.

列車れっしゃのですか?
Did you come by train?

きんしたいのですが。
I want to deposit some money.

風邪かぜがひどいのです
I have a bad cold.

彼女かのじょのですか。
Is she coming, too?

ねむんですか?
Are you sleepy?

しゅんですか?
Are you a singer?

わたし甘党あまとうんです
I have a sweet tooth.

それはほうんですか?
Is that against the law?

かれらは友達ともだちんですか。
Are they friends?
