Lesson 61: 主に（おもに）

Usage:

… + 主おもに + …

Meaning:

「主に」means “mainly”.

Example Sentences:

主おもに水すい曜よう日びに買かい物ものします。
I mainly go shopping on Wednesdays.

主おもに野や菜さいを食たべます。
I mainly eat vegetables.

父ちちは主おもに運動うんどうのためにテニスをする。　
My father plays tennis mainly for exercise.

乗じょう船せん客きゃくは主おもに日に本ほん人じんだった。
The passengers on board were mainly Japanese.

私わたしの家いえでは主おもに母ははが食しょく事じを作つくっています。
In my home, mainly mom cooks dishes.

朝食ちょうしょくは主おもにパンです。
My breakfast is mainly bread.

私わたしは主おもに家いえにいます。
I’m mainly at home.

This room is mainly cleaned by my mom.
