Lesson 79: 〜てやる

Usage:

Te Form of Verb + やる


Meaning:

「〜てやる」means “to do something (for somebody or animals)”.

Note:
「〜てやる」 is used to express that you do something for your subordinates. It can also used to express that you do something for animals.

Example Sentences:

うったてやる
I’ll sue you.

きみにおごってやるよ。
I’ll treat you.

彼女かのじょ怪我けがさせてみろ、ころてやる
If you hurt her, I’ll kill you.

いぬいぬ小屋ごやつくてやるんだよ。
I’m going to build a doghouse for the dog.

わたしいもうとふくあらてやった
I washed my sister’s clothes.

ほんおしてやるよ。
I will teach you Japanese.

つだてやる
I’ll help you out.

いいよ、ぼくがやってやるよ。
No problem, I’ll do it for you.

きみのためにできることはなんでもやってやる
I will do anything I can for you.

利子りしなしでおかねてやるよ。
I’ll lend you money without charging any interest.
