Lesson 88: 〜と/に〜を重ねて

Usage:

Noun + と/に + Noun + をかさねて


Meaning:

「~と/に~を重ねて」is a grammar rule used to express that you did something over and over again and achieved something finally.
(You can use the same noun too)

Examples:

りょくふうかさねて、やっと満足まんぞくのいく作品さくひん仕上しあげた。
With a lot of effort and ingenuity, we finally made it a satisfactory work.
 
ろうろうかさねて、ようやく目的もくてきにたどりいた。
After struggling hard, I finally arrived at my destination.
