Lesson 34: 〜術がない

Usage:

Dictionary Form of Verb + すべがない


Meaning:

「〜術がない」means “There is no way to…”.

Note:
It’s often used as すべがない.

Examples:

せいすべがないようだ。
It  seems that the government doesn’t know what to do.
 
こんなにこわれては、もうなおすべがない。
There is no way to fix it since it’s broken like this.
