Usage:

Verb(Dictionary Form, Past Tense Form) + といえなくもない

Te Form of Verb + いる + といえなくもない

イ-Adjective + といえなくもない

ナ-Adjective + といえなくもない

Noun + といえなくもない

Meaning:

I can’t say that… not… (use double negative expression to express something that you are not very sure)

Examples:

今いまの生活せいかつは充じゅう実じつにしているといえなくもないが、何なんか物もの足たりない感かんじがする。

I can’t say that my current life is not fulfilling, but I feel something unsatisfactory.

彼女かのじょのことは美うつくしいと言いえなくもないが、かわいいと言いったほうが適切てきせつだと思おもう。

I can’t say that she is not beautiful, but I think it’s better to say she is cute.
