Usage:

Noun + ときたら

Meaning:

「～ときたら」is used to blame someone(or animals).

Examples:

うちの犬いぬときたら！泥棒どろぼうが入はいってきても、寝ねていたんですよ。
My dog was still sleeping even if a thief came in.

最近さいきんの若わかい親おやときたら、子こ供どもが電車でんしゃの中なかで騒さわいでいても、ちっとも注ちゅう意いしようとしない。
Young parent these days won’t warn their child even if their child is making noise on the train.
