Meaning

In Japanese,包 means “to wrap”.

How to read it:

Kunyomi:つつ
Onyomi:ほう

Kunyomi:
包(つつ)む→to wrap
 
Onyomi:
包装(ほうそう)→package

Origin:

You can see a baby is wrapped.
So 包 means “to wrap”.
 
Note: There are some difference between Chinese kanji and Japanese kanji. You should use Japanese kanji (whose 口 has a gap.)
