Meaning

In Japanese,歯 means “teeth”.

歯(は)を磨(みが)く→to brush one’s teeth
 
Onyomi:
義歯(ぎし)→denture

Origin:

Note: There is some difference between Chinese kanji and Japanese kanji. You should use Japanese kanji.(Which has a 米.)
