Usage:
①Verb(Dictionary Form, Past Tense Form) + に決まっている
②Te Form of Verb + いる + に決まっている
③i-Adj + に決まっている
④na-Adj + に決まっている
⑤Noun + に決まっている
Meaning:
| 「〜に決まっている」means “Of course…”. Note: You can drop the い and use に決まってる in conversations. |
Examples:
| 美味しいに決まってる！だってパパが作ったチャハンだもん。 Of course it’s good! It’s daddy’s fried rice! どうせ眠れないに決まってる。 Of course I’m not going to get any sleep. |
