Usage:

Dictionary Form of Verb + か + Negative Form of Verb + かのうちに

Meaning:

「〜か〜ないかのうちに」means “as soon as…”.

Examples:

布ふ団とんに入はいるか入はいらないかのうちに寝ねてしまった。
I fell asleep as soon as I’m in bed.

駅えきに着つくか着つかないかのうちに電車でんしゃがきた。
The train arrives as soon as I arrived at the station.
