  1. How about “Don’t you…?” Can I interpret 一緒に遊び場を行きませんか? as “Don’t you want to go to the playground?” And can I put a question mark in the Japanese sentence?

You can put a question mark.
一緒に遊び場に行きませんか→ Let’s go to playground together?
一緒に遊び場に行きたくないですか→Don’t you want to go to playground together?
