  3. あの、すみません… what’s the difference if you use, ~たくて rather than ~たい?

たくて can attach some grammar rules to add different meanings. For example, やりたくてしょうがない(I want to do it very much.)
たい can’t attach grammar rules like たくて。

  4. Just a curious question: is it okay to drop the ~です in spoken Japanese?
Also, Merry Christmas, thank you for creating this site! I’ve been learning a lot here compared to other websites that I tried before. Please stay safe, I wish I could support you with money, but I don’t have that yet. . .でもありがとうございます

  5. Good day! I have a question, I see that you use “に” on some examples. Is it interchangeable with “が” since according to its function 2, “it expresses what you want to do”? tyia

に is used to mark the destination or object here. You can’t use が here.
