In this lesson, I will teach you how to use the particle まで.

Function: Ending Point

If you want to express the the ending point, you can use まで.
まで is often used with から.

Starting Point + から + Ending Point + まで

Example Sentences:

学校がっこうから家いえまで歩あるきます。
I will walk from school to home.

８月はちがつ１日ついたちから９く月がつ30さんじゅう日にちまで夏休なつやすみです。
Summer vacation is from August 1st to September 30th.

１番いちばんの人ひとから10じゅう番ばんの人ひとまで入はいってください。
Please come in from the first person to the tenth person.

大人おとなから子こ供どもまで人にん気きがあります。
It is popular with adults and children.

この店みせは、お菓子かしからチケットまで、なんでも売うっています。
This store sells everything from sweets to tickets.
