Hi. I have a few questions:
1. What is the difference between Hiragana and Katakana?
2. And why is it necessary for you (us, learners) to learn both alphabets?
Arigatou Gozaimasu :>
Hiragana: used for words that come from Japan.
Katakana: used for words that come from foreign countries. For example, キス comes from the word “kiss”.
