he in both katakana and hiragana are the same?

Why is it spelled “fu”?
history reason, very hard to explain😅, I think there are many articles explaining it in detail, you can have a look!
Another good one to add to the list after ナイフ would be ナイス, just to show how getting the katakana wrong can change the meaning.
