| In this lesson, [Name] + です is used for self-introductions. However, Noun + です can actually be used for many other expressions as well. For example, when someone asks who a person is or what something is, you can simply answer with XXです. This is a basic sentence structure. In the next course, Basic Expressions, you’ll learn more about this. |
