Specialized assistance for families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with specific health needs forms an essential part of the services offered by the EVA Air Boston Office in USA team. Parents traveling with infants can request bassinet seating, advance meal pre-orders, and guidance on carrying strollers through security checkpoints. The office manages unaccompanied minor protocols, ensuring children traveling alone are safely escorted by airline staff at every stage. Additionally, agents process medical clearance forms, pre-authorize portable oxygen devices, and coordinate priority boarding for passengers requiring mobility support, guaranteeing a safe, dignified, and comfortable flight.
