Te Form of Verb + から

私わたしは宿しゅく題だいを全ぜん部ぶやってからご飯はんを食たべます。

I will have a meal after finishing the homework.

私わたしはランニングをしてから痩やせました。

I lost weight after running.

Verbs that express action come after V-てから construction.

This pattern is not used when time contexts are clearly defined.

The V-てから form can not be used over twice in one sentence.
