Lack of sleep whittled away her energy.

彼女は一足先に教室に戻った。
She returned to the classroom a little earlier.

He had his left leg hurt in the accident.

彼女はクラスの中で一番足が速い。
She runs fastest in our class.

土足で家に入ってはいけません。
Don’t come into the house with shoes.

朝食用のパンはぎりぎり足りる。
We have barely enough bread for breakfast.

両親は私の今年の成績に満足した。
My parents were satisfied with my grades this year.

量的には不足がないが、品質が悪いです。
There is no shortage in quantity, but the quality is poor.

She bought two pairs of socks.
