type-one verb & type-two verb:

Step 1: change it to the polite from ,for example, 持もつ→持もちます

Step 2: change ます in the end to します, for example 持もちます→持もちします

Step 3: add お before the word. for example, 持もちします→お持もちします

type-three verb:

Step 1: change する to します, for example, 案内あんないする→案内あんないします

Step 2: add ご before the word. for example,ご案内あんないします→ご案内あんないします

お荷に物もつをお持もちします。
