Usage 1:

Dictionary Form of Verb + らしい
イ-Adjective + らしい
ナ-Adjective + らしい
Noun + らしい

Meaning:
It seems that(The possibility is larger than よう and そう)

Examples of Usage 1:

二人ふたり結婚けんこうするらしいです。
It seems that they will get married.

Voice:

さくらせつはきれいらしいです。
It seems that the cherry blossom’s season is beautiful.

Example of Usage 2:
