Usage:

Polite Form of Verb(delete the ます in the end)+ すぎる

Meaning:
Too…

Example:

きのうはべすぎた。
I ate too much yesterday.

Voice:

きょうしつしずかすぎる。
The classroom is too quiet.

Note:

You can change ~すぎる to noun form by using ~すぎ
べすぎる→べすぎ(Meaning: eat too much)
たかすぎる→たかすぎ(Meaning: too expensive/too high)
しずかすぎる→しずかすぎ(Meaning: too quiet)

Example:
このコートはたかすぎです。
This coat is too expensive.
