In Japanese,歯 means “teeth”.

Onyomi:
義歯(ぎし)→denture

You can see the teeth here.
So 歯 means “teeth”.

Note: There is some difference between Chinese kanji and Japanese kanji. You should use Japanese kanji.(Which has a 米.)
