Adjective-predicate Sentence is sentence like below:
Topic + + Adjective + です.

わたしいそがしいです。I’m busy.
このゲーム面白おもしろいです。This game is interesting.
彼女かのじょきれいです。She is beautiful.
かれ真面目まじめです。He is serious.
わたしたちつよいです。We are strong.

Explanation:

In the first sentence:
いそがしい is the adjective, and of course, is the predicate.
