韓国(かんこく)should be 韓国(かんごく)no?
Nope, it’s かんこく. You can refer to wiki. Wiki Page
Should you learn all of these words before moving on? Or is it just to help practice hiragana with?
Same question for Katakana
You don’t need to remember all of them, I will tell you the meaning for all vocabulary in further Courses!
Thank you for the word list at the end of the courses. As we learn Japanese characters, vocabulary is important too. In the next courses, in addition to those, we have to learn and understand the grammar as well. In the end, all of these are connected with each other.
Hi, Marshall!
I was wondering if you should add 僕 and 俺 to this list. It is the first thing beginners will see before moving onto further courses, so it is best to clear up the misunderstanding that 私 is the only word for “I” before beginners make the mistake.
You can learn them in later courses! No worries😊
Is there a difference between 自動車 and 車?
自動車 is more formal
Any tips for vocab memorization. I’m currently just writing all the examples down trying to both improve my penmanship and retain as much as I can through repetition.
I have made a lot of vocabulary and kanji input quizzes on Patreon Page, you can have a try. In order to keep the website running, I can’t provide them for free, but the good thing is that you can decide the price.
